2. What we provide

PythiaFootball is a football analytics and statistics service. It publishes model-generated predictions and probabilities for match outcomes and related statistics, for information and entertainment only. We are not a bookmaker or a gambling operator: we do not accept, place or facilitate bets, and we do not handle stakes or pay out winnings. Where odds are shown, they are third-party market data published for comparison with our model's probabilities.

3. No guarantees

All predictions are probabilistic estimates. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or outcome of any prediction, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Not financial advice

The content is not financial, investment or professional advice and is not a recommendation to stake money. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, scrape it at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or re-publish its data as your own without permission.

7. Intellectual property

The model, content and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Third-party data (e.g. results and odds) belongs to its respective providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its predictions.

9. Changes

We may update the service and these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.
